Master Instructor Bob Chester:
With over 28 years in the martial arts, 5th Degree Black Belt Master Chester has experienced unparalleled in TKD here in Southeastern CT.
He has trained in Taekwon Do, Hapkido, Jeet Kune Do (with none other than the renowned Dan Inosanto and Paul Vunak), Jujitsu with Rickson Gracie and Israeli Martial Arts. He is an expert at weapons defenses and has trained the Groton City police department.

Mr. Chester was born and raised in Groton CT and has lived in the area his entire life. He is married with 3 children and 4 step children.

Instructor Diane Chester:
Diane Chester has trained in the martial arts for 10 years and holds a Red Belt in TKD and an expert rating in Israeli Martial Arts. Diane has also trained a little in Jeet Kune Do with Dan Inosanto and Raffi Derderian. Diane has worked with weapons defenses and has trained in Israeli Knife Fighting Principles. She teaches the Israeli Martial Arts classes.

Diane was born and raised in New York City and is married (to Master Chester) with 7 children.
